Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Travel by Dart collects when you visit travelbydart.com, how we use it, and the third-party services that may receive data. We keep this deliberately short and plain.

Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account. We collect information in three ways: (1) anonymous usage analytics, only if you consent; (2) details you choose to submit through our contact and newsletter forms (such as your name and email); and (3) an anonymous record when you tap “I’m Interested” on a Goodies product.

Cookies and consent

When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept All, Reject All, or set Preferences. We use Google Consent Mode v2, and all analytics and marketing categories default to denied until you grant them — no analytics cookie is set beforehand. Your choice is stored for six months, and you can change it at any time.

Third parties who may receive data

We rely on a small number of trusted providers:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymous, aggregated usage statistics, only after you consent. IP addresses are anonymized.
  • YouTube (Google) — episode videos are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com. No YouTube cookie is set until you click play on a video.
  • Formspree — processes submissions from our contact and partnership forms and forwards them to us by email.
  • MailerLite — manages the “Join the Dart Squad” newsletter if you subscribe.
  • Supabase — stores anonymous counts of button activity: when you tap “I’m Interested” on a Goodies product, and when you use buttons such as Watch Free, About the Show, Watch Trailer or Throw the Dart. Each record holds the button name, the page, the time, and an approximate location (city, region and country) derived from your connection. We do not store your IP address, and none of it identifies you personally.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can decline analytics at any time through the cookie banner, choose not to submit forms, and unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email. To request access to or deletion of information you have submitted, email us at hello@travelbydart.com.
